This drink, which will speed your metabolism and help you lose weight, is easily prepared and it is consisted of 2 ingredients – honey and cinnamon.
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 8.4 oz / 250 ml of water
You can change the recommended ingredient amounts as long as you keep the ratio between them, which should be 2:1.
Start the method of preparation by boiling the water. After that, pour the water over the cinnamon and cover the bowl you are using with a lid. Wait until the mixture reaches ideal drinking temperature.
Add the honey when the mixture is cooled enough because otherwise the heat will destroy honey’s enzymes and nutrients.
Drink half of the beverage in the evening, before you go to sleep. Drink the other half the next morning. Remember not to preheat the beverage.
