share

Massaging certain points on the body is an old Eastern treatment, and people have practiced for thousands of years. Our body has 365 points and 12 major meridians, which as you can see are the exact numbers of the days and months in a year.

These points can be treated with acupressure, a finger pressure on certain points, based on the teaching about meridians and channels connected to corresponding organs in the body. In Chinese medicine human body is considered as an energy system, and massaging its points affects the flow of energy and the function of each organ.

Stimulate the Zu San Li point to heal and rejuvenate your body, and prevent aging. For Chinese, it is “the point of longevity,” and Japanese call it “the point of a hundred diseases.”

According to an old Japanese legend, a man was lucky enough to get a priceless knowledge from his father. His father taught him of The Longevity Point.

Following the instructions of his father, the young man massaged this point regularly and lived long enough to see the birth and death of several emperors.
