Mix 3 parts baking soda and 1 part water, and apply it on your neck. Wait for it to dry.  When it is dry, wait a few minutes and then rinse. This treatment should be repeated twice a week.

  1. Potato

Potatoes are crystalline solids and contain the enzyme catecholase, which has a great effect on lightening the skin. You just need to grind the potato and place the resulting juice on the affected area. After 15 minutes, wash with cold water.

You can also mix lemon and potato juice. The procedure is the same, apply it on the affected area, wait 15 minutes and wash it with cold water. You can also use it for acne scars. This procedure should be repeated every day.

  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is known for nourishing and lightening the skin. You can replace your cream with Aloe Vera and receive great results. If you start using Aloe Vera, your spots and dark areas will be removed. You just need to apply it on the affected area and wait 20 minutes before rinsing. Repeat this procedure every day.

  1. Milk

The almond contains oil which is great for the skin. It also contains nutrients which can keep your skin beautiful. Massage the affected spots with warm oil for 5 minutes every day before going to sleep.

Repeat this procedure a few days. You can also blend 2 tablespoons of almond powder and yogurt, and use this paste for your skin. After the paste dries, rub it off with wet fingers.

Wash it with cold water. Repeat this procedure every day for 14 days.

Remedies for armpits

  1. Cucumber

The cucumber can lighten the skin. It has the same properties as the lemon, which means that you can use both of the ingredients. However, the cucumber also has a soothing and cooling effect on your skin. Mix the cucumber juice with lemon or turmeric.

All of the ingredients are important since the lemon helps in removing the dead cells, the cucumber cools the skin and the turmeric removes the stains. You can use cucumber circles for rubbing or juice for massaging the affected area.

  1. Chickpea mask

For this remedy you will need 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and a pinch of turmeric. Mix all of the ingredients, and stir until everything is even.
