It will keep you full for longer and you will be amazed by its sweetness. All you need is three fruits rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Strawberries – Powerful antioxidant and a rich source of vitamin C and B9.
Bananas – Boost energy, and they are high in minerals, including magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc. Bananas are a good source of vitamins B, C and E.
Orange – Rich citrus fruit high in vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
To prepare this creamy juice you need:
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 3-4 ice cubes
Wash and clean the fruits, then put them in your blender. Add the ice cubes and blend well for 5-6 minutes.
Drink this sweet juice in the morning or instead of your unhealthy snack.
