Simple And Effective Way To Remove Pesticides From Your Fruit and Veggies

share

One of the major problems you have to face when consuming fresh fruits and vegetables is all the cleaning and washing you have to do in order to get rid of all the chemicals, dust and pesticide deposits.

It is never enough if you just wash your fruits and vegetables. This applies especially to fruits that you need to wash separately, such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes and other similar fruits.

For that reason, we suggest you to try this simple and efficient solution.

Take a large container and fill it with water. Add apple cider vinegar in a ratio of 1:10.

Stir well and add your fruits.

Leave the fruits in the solution for 10-15 minutes, then take them out and rinse well. You will be surprised to see all the dirt that has remained in the water.

This method can even prolong the shelf life of some fruits for 2 to 3 days, so it is worth a try.
