- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard (hot)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp water
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until you get a nice and homogenous mixture. Put the remedy in an empty cream container and keep it in your fridge.
Apply some of the remedy on the affected area and put a plastic bag over it. Wrap the area with a wooden cloth and keep it on for 1.5 – 2 hours.
For better results do the treatment before you go to bed, because you do not move the joints that much while sleeping.
Repeat the treatment for 4-5 days.
The first signs of improvement should be visible right after the very first treatment. Repeat the treatment if needed.
