People who spent a lot of time sitting in front of their computer are the ones who truly know the unpleasant neck pain.
Medical rehabilitation center “Master physical” has gathered some exercises that will help you get rid of the horrible neck pain.
In the first exercise your starting position should be either sitting or standing. Your arms should be straight (sideways) and one palm should be sided towards the floor and the other towards the ceiling. The whole shoulder area needs to be rotated as your head follows the ceiling faced palm.
In the second exercise the starting position is the same but this time your arms should be joined and your elbows bent under 90 degree angle. Now, you should separate one arm from the other one on the side your head is rotating. Repeat this with the other arm as well.
