You must make this remedy every day. You can’t prepare it for 1 month because will not be effective.

I’m curious what your source is here? I’ve traveled to Japan a few times and never heard of or seen this. None of my Japanese friends have any idea what I’m talking about when I asked them either. The closest thing I could come up with is Kanten which is usually prepared as a sweet and not typically eaten at breakfast.

What is said experts name, I’m sorry but I have a hard time believing anything that is just a blanket statement without any solid evidence or sources.

Since we in the USA do not know nor research everything that is claimed to be another country’s traditional medicine, marketers just say whatever they want. I can tell you that the gelatin for joints, hair, nails remedy has been used for many years in the USA. I never heard it called a Japanese thing, I believe that is just marketing.

where can i buy .. real gelatin ? pure .. unflavored stuff, that comes from the healthy grass-fed animals ?? normally in the SM-supermarket.. flavored gelatin that always been available .. ( am living in the Philippines )
