Almonds are considered as the most nutritious from all varieties of nuts and an important part of any balanced diet.
In order to soak almonds, you will need raw almonds, water and a bowl.
Place the almonds in a large bowl and cover them with 2cups water in 1/2 cup almonds. Soak the almonds overnight and then store them in the refrigerator using plastic bags or jars.
