Homemade Syrup To Improve Your Blood Count And Increase Red Blood Cells

Ingredients needed:

  • 2.2 lbs / 1 kg of beetroot
  • 2.2 lbs / 1 kg of carrots
  • 2.2 lbs / 1 kg of apples
  • 4 lemons
  • 9 oz / 250 grams of honey

Method of preparation:

1. Ground the beetroot, carrots and apples and put them in a bowl.

2. Add the juice of the 4 lemons in the same bowl.

3. Leave the mixture to stand still for 24 hours.

4. After those 24 hours have passed, squeeze the whole mixture and strain it through sterile gauze.

5. Add the honey and mix until you get homogeneous mixture.

6. Put the resulting mixture into glass bottle(s) and store it in the fridge. You should get about 2 liters of liquid.

7. Drink 1.5 oz / 50 grams of the mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
