Raisins are easily one of the most powerful tools when it comes to detoxification and cleansing of the liver.
Our liver plays the “blood factory” role in the body. Better said – liver’s job is to clean our blood of harmful compounds, impurities of all kind and toxins. Organism’s poisoning can prevent the effectiveness of the liver when it comes to combating poisons, toxins and diseases because it will reduce the ability to absorb natural-based drugs.

For preparing this recipe you will need natural raisins. Organic raisins are the perfect ones to choose. They should be wrinkled, black, dark, but never too stiff or soft.
Once you buy natural raisins, make sure you soak them in warm water. Let them soak for 15 minutes and then rinse them with regular running water. Do this process in the morning. Put the rinsed raisings in a bowl and pour water over them. The water you are pouring should be previously boiled and left to cool down to a room temperature. Fill the whole bowl and let the raising soak until the next morning.
Eat the raisins and drink the water the next morning after you wake up.
After you are done consuming the raisins and water, lie on your back for two to three hours. Put bottle with warm water (or any kind of compresses) onto your abdomen’s right side. Repeat this procedure 4 times a month, twice a year.
