This apple cinnamon water has almost no calories, it can help you lose weight and, the most important, it will give you a lot of energy.
- 2 big or 3 small apples
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 glass bottle with a wide opening
- 4 cups/ 1 liter of water
- Wash apples well, cut them into thin slices and put them in the bottle.
- Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks.
- Add water, close the bottle and let it overnight in the fridge.
- Drink it every day.
- You can add some lemon, tangerine or orange juice. After you finish the bottle, add fresh water again and leave it in the fridge, same as the first time.
