This apple cinnamon water has almost no calories, it can help you lose weight and, the most important, it will give you a lot of energy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 big or 3 small apples
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 glass bottle with a wide opening
  • 4 cups/ 1 liter of water

Preparation:

  1. Wash apples well, cut them into thin slices and put them in the bottle.
  2. Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks.
  3. Add water, close the bottle and let it overnight in the fridge.
  4. Drink it every day.
  5. You can add some lemon, tangerine or orange juice. After you finish the bottle, add fresh water again and leave it in the fridge, same as the first time.
  6. You can use the same ingredients up to four times.
