The famous physician Richard Schultz discovered this recipe, which he called Super-tonic because it helps in the treatment of many conditions.
Tinctures are one of the best natural medicines, primarily because they extract and store the best ingredients from plants. On the other hand, tinctures are very strong, so they should be carefully used.
Although the tincture typically goes with alcohol, you should know that apple cider vinegar is the perfect solvent if you want to make a tonic tincture.
This is 100% non-toxic, but it also has many health benefits:
– Helps in the regulation of acidity in the organism
– Helps the digestive tract – if the apple cider vinegar is organic and unfiltered, it will contain symbiotic colony of friendly bacteria and fungi that are excellent probiotics.
– Malic acid has potent antimicrobial activity and has been shown to reduce cholesterol and help with insulin sensitivity.
– Malic acid is antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral, which also helps the production.
– Strengthens the immune system
The famous physician Richard Schultz discovered this recipe and called it Super-tonic. He emphasizes that it is necessary to use organic ingredients or to grow your own, in order to receive all of the positive effects.
Fresh habanero peppers (or the hottest you can find), one head of garlic, onion, ginger root, horseradish root and unrefined apple cider vinegar.
This tonic is prepared as any tincture: put the plants in a bowl, pour the apple vinegar, as much as it is necessary to cover all of the plants.
Then peel and finely chop the vegetables, put all of the ingredients in a large glass jar and cover it completely with apple cider vinegar, the vinegar should be poured three fingers above the plants and vegetables. Cover it and by holding the lid in place, shake the tonic so it can be mixed.
Leave the tonic to stand in a dark place for at least two to six weeks. The longer it stands, the stronger it will be, but occasionally you should shake it again.
For easier storage and usage, strain the tincture. You will need loose fabrics – gauze or some kinds of wipes, big container and stainless steel strainer that fits the size of the container. If you do not have this kind of “tool”, you can put a cloth over the opening jar and pour until all the liquid comes out, but you will lose a lot.
Place the strainer in a bowl and cover it with gauze. Pour the contents of the jar into the strainer. Take something with which you are going to press the mixture of to the remaining juices that will come out.
You can pour the tonic into small jars or you can pour it in the large, pre-washed jar again.
Dark bottle is the best choice, as it reduces the damage from light. Store it in a dark, cool place. The remains of plants and vegetables can be frozen or added to soups and other meals.
After the tonic is ready, you can start with the daily consumption, or use it if is necessary – for better digestion, immunity and treatment of various diseases. Remember, you are drinking very powerful herbs and spices, it will not be very tasty, but you can add a bit of natural honey.
Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day.
One cup of 20-30 ml will be sufficient. However, if you fight against serious infections, you can take up to 5 or 6 doses per day.
