Alkaline Drink Against Cancer – How To Make Alkaline Water

share

Acidity and alkalinity are measured according to the pH value. Pure rain water has a pH of 7 and it is considered to be neutral. Every pH value below 7 is acidic, and the values above seven are considered to be alkaline.

However, when it comes to the pH of the human body, we can not discuss over a pH of the entire body. For example, human skin has a pH of about 5.5 (slightly acidic).

On the other hand, the pH of the saliva ranges from 6.5 to 7.4 (it varies on both sides of the neutral). The digestive tract has a pH ranging from 1.5 to 7.0, depending on the stage of digestion.

When you are healthy, the blood pH ranges from 7.35 to 7.45 (slightly alkaline). Your body maintains the balance mostly through the kidneys and lungs. However, chronic imbalance depletes the strength of your body.

Why Alkaline Water?

Our bodies are mostly based on water, and the pH affects our health and finally, any certain disease. The importance of drinking alkaline water in modern times

Our bodies are too acidic as a result of our typical “modern” diet consisting mainly of processed foods, including salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol. Overly acidic environment in the body shows certain signs, such as fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, and weak immune system.

If the environment in our bodies becomes too acidic or alkaline, our healthy cells may become toxic, collapse and finally die. This pH imbalance corrodes the bodily tissues.

If these too acidic conditions continue, the organism starts building up excess acidic substances in some parts of the body in an attempt to become more alkaline. As noted, the acidity increases in some areas and some cells die, but others may continue to live and / or to adjust or turn into malignant.

The dead cells around them contribute to the cycle by becoming acidic. Malignant cells grow indefinitely without any order, and over time they can spread to other parts of the body, also known as metastasis.
