Our feet are excellent barometer of our health, if we can “read” them properly. Feel spots or toes deformity can indicate symptoms of serious illnesses manifested on our feet faster than on any other body part.
Constantly cold feet can be a consequence of poor circulation, where the extremities do not receive enough blood flow. High blood pressure, thyroid gland disorder, heart diseases and smoking which decreases the lungs capability of absorbing oxygen, may cause additional problems. That is why, people who suffer from cold feet are advised to make a doctor’s appointment and exclude the possibility of the afore-named illnesses.
Although itching is closely related to athlete’s feet- a fungal infection which is a consequence of wearing shoes daily and sweating, it can also be caused by an allergic reaction or psoriasis.
Change of Skin Color
A rash or fungal infection, especially in athletes, can lead to skin redness. Still, the change of color can be a result of coldness or stress, due to blood circulation changes. In rare cases, this modification can be a sign of a more serious condition such as rheumatic arthritis or lupus.
